Yard Maintenance Team Member

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to help care for the grounds at Bridgetown Family Camping.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing a job well, and understands that the little details make a big difference.

This role is about more than mowing grass — it’s about helping us maintain a clean, well-kept property that our guests notice and appreciate.

What the Role Includes

This position primarily involves mowing and trimming around the campground using our ride-on mower, weed whackers, and trimmers. The role may also include general property upkeep and other maintenance-related tasks as needed.

 

Typical responsibilities may include:

  • Mowing campground property

  • Trimming around buildings, RV sites, fences, and common areas

  • Keeping equipment clean, maintained, and ready for use

  • Noticing and addressing the small details that help keep the property looking its best

  • Assisting with other general outdoor maintenance tasks when needed

Schedule

This is a seasonal position with work typically needed twice per week, with the possibility of dropping to once per week during hotter, drier periods when grass growth slows.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Availability 3 days per week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

  • Approximately 8 hours per day when scheduled

  • Flexibility in scheduling based on weather and campground needs

  • Can work independently but also work alongside us when needed

  • Is comfortable using lawn and yard equipment

  • Understands the importance of cleaning and caring for tools and machines properly after use

  • Is physically capable of outdoor work
