Terms & Conditions of Stay
Welcome to Bridgetown Family Camping. Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
By booking, entering, or staying on the property, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
Management reserves the right to update policies at any time.
1. Reservations & Payment

Full payment is due upon arrival or prior to arrival if booking online.

We accept Credit Card, Debit, Cash, and Gift Cards.

All rates are subject to applicable taxes (added separately).

Reservations are held for up to 11 hours past scheduled check-in time. After that time, the reservation may be cancelled without refund. If you experience delays in your journey, please contact us and we will work with you accomodate arrangements if able.
2. Cancellation Policy

Nightly & Long Weekend Reservations

Cancellations must be received before 12:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival.

A $10 administrative fee applies to all cancellations.
-
Cancellations after 12:00 PM on arrival day are non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
​

No refunds for early departures.
-
No refunds for weather conditions.
-
No refunds for fire bans or burn restrictions.
-
No refunds for temporary service interruptions (power, water, sewer, internet, etc.).
-
No refunds for guests required to leave due to rule violations.
​
All sales are final once check-in occurs.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 12:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early arrivals may be accommodated if space permits.

Late departures without prior approval may result in additional charges.
5. Occupancy & Site Use
​
-RV Sites​
-
Up to 8 people permitted with a $10 fee per additional guest/tent.
-
Maximum 2 tents per site with management approval.
-
Maximum 1 vehicle per site. All additional vehicles must park in overflow parking.
-Cabin
-
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults OR 2 adults + 2 children.
-
Up to 4 additional guests permitted at $10 per person.
-
Cabin occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove excess guests.
​
6. Visitors
​

All visitors must register at the office upon arrival.

Visitors must park in overflow parking.
-
Registered campers are fully responsible for their visitors' conduct.

7. Speed Limit
​
-
Strictly enforced 10 KM/hr throughout the property.
-
For the safety of children, pets, and all guests.
-
Guests who do not adhere to posted speed limits may be required to leave the campground without refund.

8. Quiet Hours
​
-
Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
-
Excessive noise at any time is prohibited.

9. Fires
​
-
Fires permitted in designated fire pits only.
-
Local firewood only.
-
All provincial and municipal fire restrictions must be followed.
-
Non-compliance may result in removal without refund.

10. Pets
​
-
Maximum 3 pets per site.
-
Pets must be leashed at all times.
-
No excessive barking.
-
Pets may not be left unattended in vehicles or trailers.
-
Owners must clean up after pets immediately.
-
Pets are not permitted in the cabin unless pre-approved.
-
Aggressive animals are not permitted.

11. Children & Playground
​

Children must be supervised at all times.

Bikes permitted.
-
Helmets required.
-
Playground use is at your own risk.

12. River & Water Safety
​
-
Swim at your own risk.
-
No lifeguard on duty.
-
Life jackets strongly recommended.
-
Fishing must comply with Provincial regulations.

13. Alcohol & Cannabis
​
-
Permitted at individual campsites only.
-
Must comply with all Canadian and Provincial laws.
-
Disorderly conduct or public intoxication will result in removal without refund.

14. Site Modifications
​
-
Nightly guests may not alter sites.
-
Seasonal guests must receive approval prior to modifications.
-
Permanent structures (fences, patios, landscaping, etc.) must be approved.
-
Permanent improvements remain with the site upon departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Damage & Service Fees
​

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to campground property.
-
Improper sewer use resulting in blockage will incur a $150 service fee.
-
Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply as necessary.
​
16. Assumption of Risk & Liability
​
Camping involves inherent risks including but not limited to uneven terrain, wildlife, weather conditions, water hazards, and recreational activities.

Bridgetown Family Camping Inc., its owners and operators are not responsible for:

Loss or theft of personal property

Injury to persons

Damage to vehicles or equipment
​
Guests assume all risks associated with their stay.
​
17. Photography & Marketing
​
By entering the property, guests acknowledge that photographs or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Guests wishing not to appear in marketing materials must notify management.

18. Right to Refuse Service
​
Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions. No refund will be issued in such cases.
