Bridgetown Family Camping

Monthly Stay Terms & Conditions - 2026 Season

  At Bridgetown Family Camping, our goal is simple — to create a space that’s clean, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone who calls this place their home away from home.

 The following guidelines are in place to help protect the campground, ensure a consistent standard across all sites, and support a respectful, community-focused environment for all guests.

Vehicles & Parking

• One (1) vehicle is permitted per site
• All additional vehicles and visitor vehicles must use overflow parking

Pets

• Pets must be leashed or confined to your site or trailer at all times
• Excessive barking is not permitted
• Pet owners must clean up after their animals
• Pets may not be left unattended for extended periods

Garbage & Recycling

• All waste must be disposed of in designated areas
• Recycling must be properly sorted:

  • Cardboard

  • Plastic / Glass / Tin

  • Garbage

  • Refundables (note: dairy containers are not refundable)
     

Site & Trailer Standards

All trailers, RVs, and associated structures must be clean, well-maintained, and in good overall condition. Units showing visible damage, excessive wear, or poor upkeep (including leaks of any kind) are not permitted.

Management reserves the right to deny entry or occupancy to any unit that does not meet these standards.

• No clutter, storage buildup, or unsightly items on site
• Campground staff will maintain grass cutting
• Detailed site upkeep remains the responsibility of the camper

• Trailers and vehicles shall not be washed on site

Maintenance & Repairs

• No oil changes, vehicle or ATV washing permitted on site
• No body work, including sanding, welding, or painting
• No heavy-duty mechanical work permitted on site
• Any major work must be completed off-site or approved by management

Structures & Site Modifications

• Any permanent or semi-permanent structures (including decks, patios, fences, or large additions) are not permitted

Visitors
  • All visitors must park in overflow parking

  • Campers are responsible for the conduct of their guests

  • Overnight guests must register at the office

Quiet Hours & Speed

• Quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Speed limit within the campground is 10 km/h and is strictly enforced for the safety of our guests

Fires & Firewood

All fires must comply with daily Nova Scotia burn restrictions

  • NO burning garbage

  • Only firewood is permitted

Sale of Trailers

• Trailers may not be sold on-site
• Sites are not transferable
• All trailers must be removed from the campground prior to listing or sale

General Conditions

 Bridgetown Family Camping reserves the right to address any situation not specifically outlined above in a manner that supports the overall safety, appearance, and enjoyment of the campground.

 Failure to comply with these terms may result removal from the campground
